The MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION OF ALBERTA is a trade Association comprised of contractors and suppliers of the plumbing, heating and mechanical industry ranging from a proprietorship to national companies whether open shop or union. The Association is the recognized spokesperson for the Plumbing and Pipefitting Mechanical Trades as well as the promoter, protector and watchdog for the industry.
Associate members may consist of those persons, firms, partnerships, corporations or organizations (whether incorporated or not) who are not mechanical contractors but who, in the opinion of the Board, have an appropriate relationship to the mechanical contracting industry and who are otherwise acceptable to the Board for membership in the Association. Associates come from the wholesale, Agency’s, or manufactures that sell, produce, or otherwise, materials and product for the Contractor Members.
