You have built a great business, but how do you ensure a great exit?

So, you have built a great business, do you have a succession plan to go with it? A great business exit doesn’t just happen. It is a conscious transformation done well before the deal, with clear strategic goals, planned action, executed well, producing the most options to deliver the maximum value when it’s time for your exit. Leaving it to the last minute is a huge mistake, especially considering that; only 1 in 10 small-medium businesses sell as planned.  Whether you are a start up or a a 3rd year generation company come learn what you can do to set yourself up for a great exit when the time is right.

Join us for a “Networkshop™”; experiential event where people connect, & collaborate in small group discussions to transform these ideas into invaluable take-aways they can use immediately.

What will you learn:

  • Why failing to plan is the same as planning to fail in selling your business.
  • The 3 stages of a great exit you must plan for & the 2 plans you’ll need.
  • Your  Owner’s Exit Plan Checklist.
  • Your Business’s Growth Plan, to make it exit ready & exit attractive.
  • Your Exit Options & 10 points to structure the best after-tax deal.
