ONEROUS CONTRACT CLAUSES – a virtual legal workshop with DAN LEDUC, LLB
We have sent your contracts to Dan Leduc to review. He is now able to provide comments and guidance on the contract clauses you have been signing. He will provide insight on how to manage onerous clauses in your contracts and reduce your risk going forward.
Workshop Benefits: An opportunity to have Dan address your concerns directly. The Workshop format is virtual, but it will also be interactive.

Dan Leduc practises primarily construction law and dispute resolution. He is frequently called upon to advise and represent owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and builders in such front-end services as contract review, tender issues, and general construction matters, as well as in litigation and arbitration.
