These feature guest presenters on broad industry topics, product specific technical training, HR and other soft skills training, business skills and succession planning.

Programs are designed specifically for owners and senior management, service managers and technicians, HR leaders, frontline field and office staff to keep the entire team current and to help grow your career.

“I have taken estimating courses from MCA in the past. Was very impressed with how much content was included in the course and the instructor was incredibly skilled with the course content and beyond. I highly recommend taking this course if you’re looking to build on your future in construction!”

WEBINAR-Managing Risks Contractually

May 3, 2018 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am MDT

As part of the CEC legal webinar series, Dan Leduc of Norton Rose Fulbright will
present a free webinar to MCA Canada members on managing risk contractually.

All too often, the upside and profits from a project and your winning estimate are at
jeopardy by the underlying contract documents and a failure to appreciate many of the
risks that are downloaded onto you in those contract documents. This seminar is an
attempt to simply introduce you to some of those risks so that they may be addressed
at time of tender and in your bid and not after the project, when it is too late.
