The Government of Alberta has appointed the Alberta Dispute Adjudication for Construction Contracts (ADACC) as a Nominating Authority under the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act, RSA 2000, c P-26.4.
Alberta Launches ADACC to Oversee Construction Adjudications under the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act
The Government of Alberta has appointed the Alberta Dispute Adjudication for Construction Contracts (ADACC) as a Nominating Authority under the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act, RSA 2000, c P-26.4.
As a designated Nominating Authority, ADACC is responsible for overseeing and administering construction-related adjudications throughout Alberta. ADACC’s mandate includes training, qualifying Adjudicators for the roster, and appointing Adjudicators to resolve payment disputes quickly, cost-effectively, and fairly in accordance with the legislation.
